I have spent more than 25 years in technology, in CXO, CMO, CIO and CISO roles, across finance, healthcare, higher education, legal services and hospitality. The same problem shows up everywhere: work gets stuck between departments, and good people lose hours to workarounds.
Some call this being a forward deployed engineer. I call it showing up, learning how your work really runs, and building it with you until your team owns it. Local first where your data matters. Cloud when it is honestly the better tool.
Halflife Studios is based in Hampton, Connecticut. I work anywhere, on site or remote, and meet clients where they are.
